Why does Aspect Law Group need a privacy policy?

We need a privacy policy because we use Google Analytics on our website. Google Analytics allows us to better understand who is visiting our site and what they’re reading. The terms of service for Google Analytics requires that we provide a privacy policy.

What information does Aspect Law Group collect?

We only collect the information you submit through our contact form, and we do not share this information with anyone outside of Aspect Law Group. Any information collected by just visiting our website is collected by Google.

We contract with third-party vendors to securely store the information that you submit to us on remote servers, and keep the information for as long as legally necessary. Due to the nature of our business and ethical obligations, this often means for as long as possible in order to avoid client conflicts.

We have and will continue to take reasonable steps to ensure that your information is kept confidential.
